Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible, but no longer than 14 days after an order was made. In most cases, items are shipped within 1-3 days from date of order.  Into the Palms uses flat rate shipping for customers and often covers any additional cost.  Returns are charged only the cost of shipping over what was originally paid by the customer for shipment to them.  If there is no additional cost, the return is free.
