Refund policy

We are in the gifting season. At this time, we only accept exchanges of a different size (if available) or a return for store credit.  If you have any issue with an item you have purchased, please reach out to us within 14 days. To be eligible for an exchange in a different size, or a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start am exchange or return and receive store credit, you can contact us at andie@intothepalms.com. To manage our inventory, we need to accept your exchange/return first.  If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Our apologies, but items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. All return labels must be used within 7 days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need you to send us photos so that we can evaluate whether there is damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some items that cannot be exchanged/returned: holiday, seasonal, themed and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items curated specifically for you.  Personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. Intimate items, which includes pajamas, swim, socks and slips cannot be returned. Tote bags, purses, hats and jewelry cannot be returned. Thomas Blonde products are non-returnable.  If you have an issue with a Thomas Blonde diffuser machine, please contact Thomas Blonde for trouble shooting help. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on final sale items or items that are additional sale on sale (also considered final sale). We hope you can understand these policies as we are a small business.

Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues. If there are no issues, you’ll be sent a credit code or an exchange of size (if requested) within 10 business days. You will not be charged for shipping the return back unless the shipping back costs more than what you originally paid for shipping - many times Into the Palms covers all or a portion of shipping costs, and unfortunately, we cannot do this for shipping to you and back to us. Shipping is paid by Into The Palms one way, and your credit will be deducted in the amount of shipping anything beyond what you originally paid to ship the item to you.
