What is Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled jewelry is made by mechanically bonding a layer of gold, at least 5% of the item’s total weight, onto a base metal. Because of the mechanically bonding process, gold-filled jewelry does not rub off, and it has 100x more gold than gold plated. Gold-filled jewelry waterproof, tarnish resistant, and great for sensitive skins.
